For project buyers, this shifts the purchasing decision: where the comparison used to be the price and efficacy of the luminaire itself, more projects now compare total cost of ownership of 'luminaire plus control'. For factories, dimming interfaces and sensor options should not be reserved for premium series only — reserving options across the mainstream line-up keeps you in engineering quotations.
